Samskip Multimodal AB is a logistics company with a broad geographical area of operation.
We create logistics solutions through one of Europe's most comprehensive intermodal networks as well as local solutions in Sweden and the Nordics based on traditional road transport.
Since our inception in 2007, we have steadily grown and now have a turnover of over 400 million SEK with good profitability for the industry.
We are currently looking for an administrator / freight forwarder to further strengthen our position. You will work in a team to administer and follow up on customer bookings.
Responsibilities:
- Registration and management of customer orders
- Follow-up on orders
- Create invoicing documentation for customers
- Customer support
- Administrative tasks
We prefer that you, as a candidate, have:
- Previous administrative experience in transport
- Good English skills, both spoken and written
- Strong internal drive, self-motivated
- Good ability to handle stress
- Social competence
- Previous computer experience
- Previous work in order management or similar is an advantage
The position is based at our office in Åhus.
